National Planning Policy Framework

Planning Application Information

Fradley and Streethay Parish Council were informed on 18 September 2020, that the planning application for the Proposed Horner Avenue Development was now live on the Lichfield District Council website.

Fradley and Streethay Parish Council agreed at their Zoom Meeting held on 15 September 2020,  To instruct a planning consultant to advise in respect of the Horner Avenue planning application as soon as the Parish Council received notification that the application had been validated. The Planning Consultant was given instruction to commence work on 17 September 2020. We intend to update this page as soon as we know more.

At the Parish Council Meeting held on 15 September 2020, the Parish Council resolved to instruct a planning consultant to advise in respect of the Horner Avenue Planning Application as soon as the Parish Council received notification that the application had been validated.
